About FOHA
The Friends of Humanities Academy was formed for the purpose of enhancing education for the Humanities Academy students at Walter Reed Middle School by raising and disbursing funds to enrich the educational experience. The Friends work cooperatively with other school groups such as the Parent-Teacher-Student Association and the school administration.
The Friends of Humanities Academy is a 501 (c) (3) organization. Donations to the organization are tax deductible.
This site is the communication center for FOHA. Here parents, students, teachers, and other stakeholders can gather to share ideas and disseminate information. Please register to join our online community.
